Terms of service

These terms apply when you use rillset.com or buy a Rillset product. By doing either, you agree to them. "Rillset", "we" and "us" means the Rillset business based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. "You" means the person or business buying or using our products.
1. Who sells the products
Our store and checkout are run by Payhip, and payments are processed by PayPal. Payhip delivers your files, sends your receipt and collects any sales tax or VAT due in your country. PayPal's terms apply to how your payment is handled.
2. What you get
Our products are digital: downloadable files (PDFs, spreadsheets, workflow files, website and design templates) and, for Rillset Workspace, a link to duplicate a Notion template. You get access immediately after payment. Prices are shown in US dollars and may be converted to your local currency at checkout.
3. Your licence
- You may use the products in your own business, and to set up systems for your own clients.
- You may edit and adapt them as much as you like.
- You may not resell, share, publish or give away the files or the Notion template, in original or modified form, as a product, template or freebie.
- The licence is for one business. If you want to use a product across a team or agency, contact us.
All products remain the intellectual property of Rillset. You're buying a licence to use them, not ownership of them.
4. Third-party tools
Our products are designed to work with tools we don't own or control, such as Notion, n8n, Zapier, Make, OpenAI, Google Workspace, Netlify, Vercel, Formspree and Canva. Those tools have their own terms and pricing, which may change. We aren't responsible for their availability, pricing or changes. Any costs for those tools (for example, OpenAI API usage) are yours.
5. Your results
We work hard to make our products useful, but results depend on your business, how you set things up and how you use them. We don't guarantee specific results, time savings or income. Examples and calculators on our site are estimates, not promises.
6. Automations and AI
You're responsible for checking what your automations do before switching them on, including any emails, messages or content generated by AI. Review AI-generated text before sending or publishing it. Make sure your use of automations and the personal data they handle complies with the laws that apply to you.
7. Refunds
See our refund policy. In short: if something isn't working, email us within 14 days. We'll help you fix it, and if we can't, we'll refund you.
8. Concierge
Concierge (done-for-you setup) is agreed separately in a written proposal that sets out scope, timeline and price. If a proposal conflicts with these terms, the proposal wins.
9. Liability
Our products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rillset isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption, arising from use of the products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can't be limited by law.
10. Changes
We may update products to improve them, and may update these terms. The version on this page when you buy applies to that purchase.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without affecting any consumer protections you have in your own country.
