Refund policy

Short version: if a Rillset product isn't working for you, email hello@rillset.com within 14 days of purchase and tell us what didn't work. We'll help you fix it, and if we can't, we'll refund you.
Our 14-day guarantee
Rillset Automate, Rillset Workspace, Rillset Launch, The Set and any future digital products come with a 14-day guarantee, counted from the date of purchase.
Because our products are digital files and templates you keep as soon as you buy, we don't offer "no questions asked" refunds. Instead:
- Email hello@rillset.com from the address you used to buy, with your order number if you have it.
- Tell us what didn't work: what you were trying to do and where you got stuck. Screenshots help.
- We'll help you fix it. Most issues are solved with a quick answer or a short walkthrough.
- If we can't fix it, or the product genuinely doesn't do what we described, we'll refund you in full.
When refunds aren't available
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
- Change of mind after downloading the files or duplicating the Notion template, where nothing is wrong with the product.
- More than one refund per customer.
- Where files have been shared, resold or published in breach of the licence.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
Broken or missing files
If a file is broken, missing or doesn't match the description, contact us at any time, even after 14 days, and we'll fix or replace it.
How refunds are paid
Our checkout is run by Payhip, and payments are processed by PayPal. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (PayPal balance or card), usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
After a refund, your licence to use the product ends. Please delete the files and any copies of the Notion template.
Concierge (done-for-you service)
Concierge is a service, so different terms apply and are set out in your proposal before any payment. As a general rule, you can cancel for a full refund before work starts. Once work has started, any refund is based on the work not yet delivered.
